Not gonna lie, I ordered from Olympus expecting the camera to feel a lot more solid, but right out of the box the body felt kind of flimsy. The buttons were a little loose too, and even the lens cap didn’t seem to fit properly.
After using it for a few weeks, the zoom started sticking and my photos came out softer than I expected way too often. For the price, it was disappointing, and I wouldn’t buy from them again...

It’s easy to use overall, so I didn’t have much trouble getting started. That said, some of the communication around it could be a lot clearer, which was a bit annoying
"Warranty got handled, but not very fast"
My camera had some kind of issue, so I sent it in for the warranty thing. It did get approved and they fixed it in the end, which is good, but the whole process was slower than I was thinking it would be. The updates were also kind of here and there, not super clear. So yeah, it worked out, just was a bit annoying waiting around...

I had to exchange my Olympus lens it was a easy process. I was expecting at least one annoying back-and-forth, but support replied fairly quickly, the instructions were clear, and even the return label printed without any weird formatting issues. The replacement arrived in good shape, with the packaging corners still crisp, which I always notice for some reason. No fuss, no drama, just handled properly.

I ordered something from getolympus.com and ended up needing to send it back. The return itself was straightforward, honestly — I didn’t feel lost or anything, and the steps were easy enough to follow.
The only thing that bugged me a bit was how long the refund took. I did get it in the end, and support helped when I checked in, so it wasn’t some huge nightmare or anything. Just a little slower than I was expecting

"Pretty good value overall"
For the price, I think it’s worth it. I kind of pay attention to little things like whether the packaging feels decent and if the item looks like the photos, and everything seemed fine enough. The prices aren’t amazing, but they’re fair, and I didn’t feel like I overpaid.

I’ve had a good time using this lens overall, especially in daylight where the shots come out sharp enough for everyday stuff. That said, the autofocus does hunt around sometimes, and low-light performance is just okay, not great. Still, for casual shooting in good lighting, it gets the job done and I’m not too disappointed with it

I used getolympus.com while shopping for a new lens, and it was easy to use. I bought an Olympus camera from getolympus.com i’m dissapointed with how it handles low light. Indoor photos keep coming out noisy and kind of soft, even after messing around with different settings. For the price, I expected a lot better. Daytime shots look fine, but I take a lot of pictures in the evening, so this was a big letdown for me...

I’ve had a frustrating time with the autofocus so far. It hunts around a lot and has missed several shots that should’ve been easy to capture. I was also expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer, since I kept wondering if I had set something up wrong or if this is just how it performs.

I used getolympus.com to double-check some lens details before buying, and for the most part, the info was right. What showed up on the product page mostly matched what I actually got, so that was gooood.
The only thing is, a few specs and compatibility notes were kind of vague. I ended up digging through forums and the manual just to be totally sure, which was a little annoyyying when I was trying to make a quick decision.
Overall, it’s not a bad site at all. I just wish the product pages had more complete details and were kept a bit more up to date.

"Prices can be a little all over the place"
I do like the site. The products are solid too. No real complaints there. But the prices... yeah, they feel a bit hit or miss. I was browsing a few camera items and some were just higher than I expected, especially after checking a couple other shops. Sometimes they have sales, which definitely helps. But regular pricing could be better. Not terrible, just not the best value either. Kind of middle of the road for me.

The package did come on time, so I can’t really complain too much. I was still checking the tracking over and over because delivery stuff always makes me nervous, and I kept expecting some kind of delay or problem. But there weren’t any issues. It arrived when it was supposed to, even though I kept worrying about it and checking again and again.

I reached out through the support form on Olympus because I had a question about my order. They replied the next day, which wasn’t instant, but still reasonable enough.
The person who got back to me was friendly and actually read what I asked. I appreciated that the response felt personal instead of just a generic copy-and-paste answer.
Overall, I had a good experience. I do think the first reply could have been a little quicker, but they were helpful once they responded, and I’d feel comfortable using them again.

"Battery dies way too fast"
The camera itself is fine and takes decent shots, but the battery barely gets me through an afternoon. I was also a little confused because the email made it sound like the battery life would be better, so I wasn’t expecting it to drain this quickly.
